About New Wave Academy Bromley

We are an MMA & BJJ gym based in the heart of Bromley, South-East London, located 3 minutes walk from Bromley South Station, outside the Glades Shopping Centre.

With a 15+ year history of training National and European Champion level athletes, including fighters who have fought in Cage Warriors, Bellator, and other major international promotions, NWA Bromley is the perfect training environment for beginners, enthusiasts, amateurs and pros.

  • Yes, completely! We all start out journey somewhere. We offer a free trial class so please feel free to come down and see what we are all about.

  • No. As long as you do not have a serious muscular (muscle tear) or skeletal injury (broken bone), then you will be able to take part in any of the sessions. Certain aspects of the class can be regressed to meet the need of your fitness level.

  • Yes. With an established footprint in the UK MMA scene for many years, our coaches will be able to arrange bouts in various disciplines for you when you are ready.

  • A safe environment is the number 1 priority for our kids programme. With 10+ years experience in running successful kids programs, our coaches are trained to meet high quality standards. All of our coaches are enhanced DBS checked.
